We wanted to have some need analysis of the organisation… although we had used many conventional consultants, we were not satisfied with some of the reports. Aashwasan worked for about three days…. (and) they gave us a comprehensive report which included almost everything we wanted. On seeing the report, we got quite excited. There were certain facts which came in the report which were quite surprising. Based on the report we started correcting ourselves, and the results were quite fantastic.

Within weeks of having this session, one could see discernible changes in the way the team worked with each other. They leaned on each other, and more importantly trusted each other. The remarkable thing was the efficiency of the people. I would be keen on exploring the other services Aashwasan offers to see what kind of further difference they could make to my fledgling division. Today the company’s top-level performance (i.e. visibility of the product in the market, collaboration, etc.) has increased by over 55%. More importantly the changes have been permanent.

We were a decent software product company. Our customers loved us but we had not achieved the thought leadership position that we wanted. I think that transition happened as Aashwasan worked with us over the course of a few years. We became a lot more genuine, more authentic. Even small decisions were actually taken in a very nuanced manner and I think the effectiveness of the team dramatically increased. Today I’m proud to say that we have global leaders like IBM, Capgemini, Deloitte, E&Y, and Genpact who have all recognised our thought leadership position in our niche product area

The entire module on emotions was absolutely epic, because that is where I sit with a lot of built-up emotions. What struck me most is that this is so cognitive in its reality, you do it in your aware state, not in a trance or meditative state, and that is the full crux of the Excellence program.

It was a great experience to be in the workshop for two days. It certainly opened my eyes in some areas where I lacked clarity and vision. I will try and change myself in some aspects of my life by applying the knowledge that I got here. I started implementing the learning from day one of the seminar itself. The area that I want to concentrate is to come out of the shell that I have built and to see that my core beliefs does not affect me negatively.

The training has certainly helped me in finding my inner self and know who I really am. It’s really motivating and for me it has come at the right time of my life. I would implement this in my life from this very momen,t and try to help others with the knowledge that I have gained here. I would suggest your organization to a lot more people.

I really learnt where I stand in my life and this was a real opportunity to think about myself which I would have not done otherwise. I am going to love my job and myself. I have decided to work sincerely and leave the rest to the boss.
